You're just a hop, skip and a jump away from a fun-packed skipping day!

Watch us in action at St Leonard's C of E School in Padiham and see how we can inspire children!

Our skipping workshops are a FABULOUS way to inspire children and adults alike to get fit through fun!

Skipping4Schools specialises in teaching skills because we believe that you can exercise the brain as well as the body and our skipping skills workshops show you exactly how to do that! For us, it's not just about skipping as many times as you can but about setting fun challenges that the children focus on accomplishing so much so that they don't realise that they're getting an excellent aerobic workout too! When we come in to schools for a full day, we concentrate on teaching lots of different skipping skills - footwork skills, rope skills, partner skipping....the list of challenges is endless!

To find out more or to book a day, you can email us at enquiries@skipping4schools.co.uk or call us on 01743 361863 to find out a bit more about one of our skipping days.

We're a well-established company, with ten years' skipping experience under our belts, delivering top-notch skipping coaching for primary schools, secondary schools, PRUs, Brownie guide/ Girl Guide camps, Scout and Cub camps and many other organisations across the UK.

And our creative and constructive resources, which are sent free of charge after a skipping day, can certainly support any clubs or similar activities that schools may want to set up to sustain the momentum started by one of our days.

But it's not just an activity for children - skipping can work for anyone, anywhere, anytime!

Our programmes can also be used to kickstart any type of personal fitness programmebecause skipping has such beneficial results. It takes minimal equipment, it is extremely effective and is portable so can help boost fitness levels anytime, any place, anywhere!

"It's been an amazing day, worth every penny and our children, I know, will enjoy the benefits of the exercise for many years to come, thank you!" Jill Wood, Little London Community Primary
